What A Listing Video Actually Costs, Worked Out To The Cent
Almost nobody in this category publishes what a single finished video costs. Plans are sold as "videos per month," which hides the number that matters. Newel prices every render in credits and publishes the credit cost of each one, so the true cost per clip is not an estimate. It is arithmetic. Here is all of it, with the working shown.

Two published inputs, nothing else. First, the plan prices: Starter is $39 a month for 600 credits, Pro is $99 for 2,000, Studio is $249 for 6,000, and a single video without a plan is $19 for 160 credits. Second, the credit cost of a render, which Newel sets to track the real compute cost of that render: 14 credits for 480p at five seconds, rising to 400 credits for 4K at ten seconds.
Divide the plan price by its credits and you get the price of one credit. Multiply that by the credits a render costs and you get what that video cost you. No modelling, no assumptions about usage, no invented benchmarks. If Newel changes a price, every number on this page changes with it.
We publish this because the alternative is what the rest of the category does, which is to quote a monthly price against a vague video allowance and let the buyer guess. An agent deciding whether to put video on a $180,000 listing deserves to know the answer is somewhere near two dollars.
What One Credit Costs
The larger the plan, the cheaper the credit. This is the whole reason the per-video cost differs between plans.

Annual column is the yearly price divided by twelve, then by the monthly credit allowance. Starter credits do not roll over; Pro and Studio credits do, subject to the cap in the Terms.
What One Finished Clip Costs
Credit cost times cost per credit. A 720p ten-second cut, the format most agents actually post to Reels, lands between $1.66 and $2.60 on a plan.

One thing worth saying plainly: a single 4K ten-second render costs 400 credits, which is two thirds of an entire Starter month. 4K is technically available on Starter but it is not what that plan is for. If 4K is the point, start at Pro.
Cost Per Second Of Finished Video
The comparable unit. This is the figure to hold against any other quote you are given, including a videographer's.

At 720p and above, a ten-second render costs exactly the same per second as a five-second one, so there is no penalty for the longer cut. At 480p the ten-second render is fractionally cheaper per second, because it is priced at 27 credits rather than twice 14.
What A Whole Listing Costs
A listing walkthrough is several clips cut together, not one render. Newel sizes a full walkthrough at roughly 160 credits, about three to four 720p ten-second clips, which is exactly what the $19 single video buys.
At 160 credits a listing, Starter's 600 credits cover about three listings a month at $10.40 each. Pro's 2,000 credits cover about twelve at $7.92 each. Studio's 6,000 cover about thirty-seven at $6.64 each. Buying one off the shelf without a plan is $19.
For comparison, the published range for hiring someone to shoot and cut a basic listing walkthrough is $300 to $500, and it comes with a scheduling delay measured in days. What These Numbers Do Not Include
They do not include your time. Uploading photographs, picking moves, and cutting the clips together is still work, even if it is minutes rather than a half day.
They do not include the photographs. This is priced on the assumption you already own listing photography, because Newel renders motion across images you supply and does not shoot anything.
They do not include rendering you throw away. If you render a clip, dislike it, and render again, you have spent the credits twice. Fair-use limits also cap rendering at 50 videos per account per day.
