About Newel
Newel is a studio based in South Carolina that makes two things: custom websites for small businesses and real estate agents, and Newel Studio, which turns the listing photographs an agent already owns into short walkthrough videos.
Last updated October 6, 2026What Newel Builds
Newel Websites. Hand-built custom sites for a one-time fee: Landing Page $399, Brand Site $699, Showcase Site $899, and larger projects quoted individually. You see the design first and pay after you approve it. You own the site and your leads.
Newel Studio. You upload listing photographs you own. Newel moves a virtual camera across each one (a pan, a push-in, a parallax move) and returns a clean MP4 with no watermark, vertical for Reels or landscape for the MLS. Plans start at $39 a month with a 7-day free trial on Starter, or a single video costs $19. Full details are on the pricing page.
What Newel Does Not Do
Newel Studio is built to move a camera across the agent's own photos and nothing else. It is not built to add furniture, remove objects, change finishes, or invent rooms that were not photographed. AI video can occasionally drift, so every clip should be reviewed before it is posted. Newel is not a licensed brokerage, a law firm, or a source of legal advice, and the agent stays responsible for MLS and state disclosure rules.
Newel does not publish customer testimonials, review counts, or performance statistics, because it has not collected any it can verify. Newel does not currently serve California.
