Newel Pricing

Two products, both priced in the open. Newel builds custom websites for a one-time fee starting at $399, and Newel Studio turns listing photographs into short walkthrough videos on a monthly credit plan starting at $39. Every number on this page is the real price you pay.

Custom Website Pricing

A Newel website is a one-time build fee, not a subscription. You tell us what you do, we design and build the site, and you pay once you have seen it and approved it. Each package includes a page allowance; extra pages are $75 each, or you move up to a Custom Build.

Website packages · one-time price · prices as of August 2026
PackagePricePages IncludedWhat It Is
Landing Page $399 1 page A complete single-page site with scroll animation, a lead form, click-to-call, and your domain connected.
Brand Site $699 Up to 3 pages Everything in Landing Page, plus a gallery, services or menu sections, booking and inquiry forms, Google review display, a blog or updates section, and basic SEO setup.
Showcase Site $899 Up to 5 pages Everything in Brand Site, plus the full scroll-driven build experience, interactive 3D and advanced custom animation, store or booking integration, priority build, and extra revision rounds.
Custom Build Quoted 6+ pages Large or bespoke projects: e-commerce, memberships and logins, CRM or calendar integrations, multi-location or multi-language, custom tools. Scoped first, then one fixed price in writing before any work starts.

Extra pages beyond a package are $75 each, or move up to Custom Build. Prices are as of August 2026 and subject to change. You own your site and you keep your leads.

You Pay After You Approve

There is no upfront payment on a website build. You tell us what you want, we design and build it, and the price above is what you pay once you have seen the design and want to keep it. Custom Build is the exception, because we cannot quote a project we have not scoped: that one starts with a call, and the fixed price comes back to you in writing.

Listing Video Plans

Newel Studio takes a listing photograph you already own and moves a camera across it: a pan, a push-in, a parallax drift. One render, one photograph. You buy credits with a monthly or annual plan, and each render spends credits based on the length and resolution you pick. Annual plans are billed as nine months for twelve, a 25 percent saving.

Starter $39/mo $351/yr 600 1 to 3 $0.065
Pro $99/mo $891/yr 2,000 4 to 12 $0.0495
Studio $249/mo $2,241/yr 6,000 13 to 35 $0.0415
Brokerage Quoted Quoted Custom Sized to your office Quoted

Annual plans are billed once at the yearly price shown, which works out to nine months paid for twelve months of service, a 25 percent saving: Starter $29.25 per month, Pro $74.25 per month, Studio $186.75 per month. A listing is a full walkthrough of several clips, so the listing range depends on how many angles you cut and what resolution you render. Brokerage plans are quoted per office, so tell us how many agents and listings you run.

Try One Listing For $19

A single video is $19 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription and no recurring charge. It is the cheapest way to see the output on your own photographs before you pick a plan.

The Credit Table

What A Credit Buys

Credits are priced in proportion to what a render actually costs to produce, so no combination of settings is a better or worse deal than another. Pick the output you want, spend the credits it costs.

Credit cost per render
OutputCredits
480p · 5 seconds14
480p · 10 seconds27
720p · 5 seconds20
720p · 10 seconds40
1080p · 5 seconds40
1080p · 10 seconds80
4K · 5 seconds200
4K · 10 seconds400

How The Math Works

Credits are calculated as seconds multiplied by four, multiplied by a resolution factor: 480p counts as 0.67, 720p counts as 1, 1080p counts as 2, and 4K counts as 10. A ten-second 720p clip is therefore 10 × 4 × 1, which is 40 credits.

What A Video Actually Costs You

At the plan rates above, one 720p ten-second video costs $2.60 on Starter, $1.98 on Pro, and $1.66 on Studio. Moving from Starter to Studio is a real 36 percent reduction in the price of a credit, not a repackaged version of the same number.

You See The Cost Before You Spend It

Every render shows exactly how many credits it will use and how many you have left before you confirm it. Nothing is spent on a render you did not confirm, and the credit cost of a given length and resolution never changes between accounts or plans.

Top-Ups And One-Off Purchases

Buying Credits Outside A Plan

If a busy month runs your plan credits out, you can buy more without changing plans. The prices below are the Pro and Studio member rate. Starter top-ups cost more, shown in the last column: upgrading to Pro unlocks the lower rate and 2,000 credits a month.

Single Video · $19

$19one-time, no subscription

One purchase, 160 credits, no plan and no recurring charge. That is enough for a full multi-clip walkthrough, roughly three to four 720p ten-second clips. Good if you have one listing and want to see the output on your own photographs before committing to anything.

Credit Rules

How Credits Reset And Roll Over

Two rules, stated plainly, because burying them would be both bad practice and a disclosure problem under state auto-renewal law.

Rollover Is A Pro And Studio Benefit

On Starter, the credits included with your subscription reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry forward. On Pro and Studio, unused plan credits roll over into the next period. See the Terms of Service for the exact rollover cap.

Pick the plan that matches the volume you actually produce. Starter rewards buying a top-up in a heavy month; Pro and Studio give you room to bank an unused month.

Top-Up Credits Land In The Current Period

Credits you buy in a top-up pack are added to your balance for the billing period you buy them in, on top of the credits the plan already included. They are usable as soon as the payment clears.

Top-up credits do not roll over: that balance resets when the period rolls over. Buy the pack that covers the work in front of you rather than stockpiling credits for a later month.

Cancelling

You can cancel a Newel Studio plan at any time from your account settings, without calling anyone or emailing anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the plan does not renew after that. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Side By Side

Which Plan Fits

Pick by how many listings you shoot in a normal month. Every plan renders the same output at the same quality, so the only things that change are how many credits arrive each month and what each one costs you.

Listing estimates assume three to four short clips per listing at 720p. Your mileage depends on how many angles you cut and whether you render at 1080p.

The Fine Print, Up Front

What Is Not Included

Some things belong on a pricing page precisely because most companies leave them off it.

  • Availability is the one promise we withhold. Newel Studio runs on third-party generation infrastructure, and an uptime figure we cannot enforce upstream would be marketing. What we do commit to: a render that fails on our side returns its credits to your balance.
  • The output is limited to the property in your photographs. Newel moves a camera across the photograph you supply and renders what that photograph shows. The server accepts one image per render, so there is no path by which it stitches a tour through space nobody shot. Read how that works.
  • Compliance stays with you. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and your MLS rules and state disclosure requirements remain your responsibility.
  • A website build is a one-time fee. There is no per-seat charge and no required monthly plan attached to it.
  • Renders are subject to fair-use rate limits. An account can render up to 50 videos a day, which resets at midnight UTC, and requests are throttled if they arrive faster than a few a minute.

If a number on this page ever stops matching what you're charged, that's a bug and we want to hear about it.

Start with one $19 video.

That's 160 credits on your own listing photographs, enough for a full multi-clip walkthrough, with no subscription and no plan to cancel. If it isn't what you wanted, you are out $19 and nothing else.
