Is Newel Studio MLS-compliant?
Yes, provided the video does not misrepresent the property and you disclose that it was generated.
Newel Studio moves a camera across photographs you already own. It does not add, remove, or alter property features, and it does not depict a room, a yard, or a view that was never photographed. You remain responsible for your own MLS and state disclosure requirements, and nothing here is legal advice.
Do I need to reshoot my listing?
No. Newel Studio works from the photographs you already have.
Drop in the images your photographer shot, or the ones already on the MLS. There is no walkthrough to record and nothing to restage.
What lengths and resolutions can I choose?
Five or ten seconds, at 480p, 720p, 1080p, or 4K.
720p at ten seconds is the working default for social and listing pages. Render vertical for Reels, Stories, and TikTok, or landscape for the MLS and the listing page.
What are credits, and how do they work?
Each render spends credits based on the length and resolution you pick, shown before you confirm.
720p at ten seconds is 40 credits, 1080p at ten seconds is 80, and 4K at ten seconds is 400. A Starter plan's 600 monthly credits cover roughly 1 to 3 listings a month, Pro's 2,000 cover 4 to 12, and Studio's 6,000 cover 13 to 35.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Pro and Studio, yes. On Starter, plan credits reset each period.
Unused Pro and Studio plan credits carry into the next billing period, up to the cap in the Terms of Service. Top-up credits never roll over, they land in and reset with the period you buy them in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings, without calling or emailing anyone.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the plan does not renew after that. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. You keep every video you have already downloaded.
